What everyone asks

How much does Kassalo cost?

Start is €47, Pro is €74 and Chain is €99 per terminal per month, excluding VAT. The integration with e-conomic, Business Central, Admind, Uniconta and Dinero is included in every plan. No tie-in and no setup fee.

What hardware do I need?

Kassalo runs in the browser, so you can use any PC, iPad, Android tablet or Mac you already own. The POS is designed for standard 15" till screens at 1024×768. Barcode scanners that behave as a keyboard work straight out of the box.

What happens if the internet goes down?

You keep selling. Sales are saved locally in the browser and sent automatically to the server and your ERP as soon as the connection returns. Transaction numbers remain gap-free throughout.

Can I switch ERP later?

Yes — that's the whole idea. Your POS, products and history stay in Kassalo; you simply point the integration at your new ERP.

Does Kassalo meet the Danish digital sales registration requirements?

Kassalo has a signed, append-only journal with a hash chain, gap-free numbering per CVR and SAF-T export. The certified OCES3 signature and ISAE 3000 declaration are expected to be ready in Q1 2027. If your business is subject to the Danish requirement today, please talk to us before switching.
